We won major victories in the 2021 legislative session, including funding 200 new tenured faculty positions, a pilot student counseling program, and accountability on our colleges' equity work to hire faculty that represent the students they teach. Now it's time to build on those victories.

We are building up for the 2023 Legislative Session. The victories we win on this year's priorities reflect our strength as a union as we look to 2023, when we will prioritize pay parity and job security for all faculty.
