The minutes from the 01/09/06 Executive Board meeting were approved.
Glenda Hanson gave a treasurer's report.
Rosemary will be attending the Annual Conference of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education in Glenda's place. The conference will be in New York City on April 2-4, 2006.
The task force of Brian Thompson, Michele Lesmeister and Nancy Adkins is still working on drafting procedures for absentee balloting.
There was continued discussion on how to define part-time membership. Connie Tram and Nancy Adkins will draft a proposal and submit it to Rosemary within two weeks.
A committee was established to review the current procedures and processes for student complaints and faculty dismissal. The committee will meet with administration to consider making changes to the current contract language on these issues.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 PM.
The Executive Board's next meeting will be Monday, 03/06/06 immediately following the RTC Employee Team Meeting (approximately 4:00 PM) in the RTC Library. All RFT members are welcome to attend.
