This document is provided by Human Resources Department for filing a faculty grievance.  If you have questions about this form, please contact Michele Lesmeister, VP of Rights and Responsibilities.  Also remember, if you have a meeting with an administrator, you have the right to have another faculty member or someone from the RFT union attend the meeting with you.

RFT Membership Enrollment Form -- Please complete and give to Simone Terrell, mailbox #53, in staff lounge.  You must be a member to vote on contracts, pay increments and step movement when funds are available,  and other union matters.
